Comments are screened. Once I have confirmed receipt of your comment, I'll be in touch with samples to get a feel for your preferences on colouring and cropping. Once you have confirmed you're happy proceed, I will complete your commission once I have received payment. If there are icons you'd like altered or are unhappy with, I'll edit up to 50 for no extra charge.

Refunds are available, however I retain the right to post the icon set to Palpo for free in the future if I choose.

My preferred method is PAYPAL, however I also have Ko-Fi for those who do not use PayPal.

On rare occasions, I will make an announcement on PLURK for available commissions to be paid via Dreamwidth Points, Steam Games, ETC.

• Fan art that does not belong to you or has not been commissioned by you. I'll ask you to verify this.
• If you request something I have already iconned, I may just direct you to that post. In cases where the icons are very old, I'll be happy to provide newer samples and go ahead with the commission.
• No extreme nsfw / gore.
• Screencaps or scans that are really poor quality which are unusable or need extreme editing. I don't have time at the moment, sorry! Please make sure you're sending over the best quality scans or caps you have available.

As a general rule, I'll always get in touch with you if your commission is taking a bit longer than usual. Please only contact me through PM DW or the commission post/email, and please wait at least one day after your due delivery date before getting in contact to check in. Please don't contact me via Plurk - I don't check private Plurks.

I work in United Kingdom GMT, so please take that into consideration when calculating your commission due date and time.

I'm currently working on a system of 10 slots per month.

Slots are on a first come first serve basis, and if you miss a slot for the month you can indicate if you want to be waitlisted for the next month.

Base icon slots are limited to max 200 per slot. If you request more than 200, you will automatically occupy 2-3 slots max. I will only do each 200 slot at a time.

Please provide a downloadable zip folder with caps equal to your total icon amount + 5 extra at your discretion. Please make sure this is a .ZIP file and not a rar.
